9. Do the message credits I purchase, have an expiration date?

There is no expiration date for message credits. You can use your credits throughout the year, and any credits that remain at the end of the year will be carried forward to the next year.

The cost of a text message varies by country, due to the different prices for messaging across different carriers. You can click here to see costs of text messages in various countries.

7. Do you have a minimum number of users?

Yes, all plans come with 1 minimum user licenses.
Additional new user licenses can be purchased from add-ons journey on pricing page.

6. What is the difference between Multichannel, Conversational, Automation licenses?

Multichannel License is for messaging on multiple channels- SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger. This is best license which gives all features of SMS-Magic. Conversational license is for using Inbox on SMS channel. Automation license is for running Automations, alerts, and notifcations.

5. Does automation have a cost?

Automation is an inherent capability of all SMS-Magic conversational text messaging solutions. It is included in all pricing plans.

4. What are the different types of licenses that can be purchased.

SMS-Magic offers Multichannel license, Conversational License, Automation License, SMS-Magic Mobile App Licenses.
Multichannel plan comes with 1 Multichannel license and you get flexibility to add more Multichannel, Conversational, Automation & Mobile App licenses as you complete checkout. Conversational plan comes with 1 Conversational license and you get flexibility to add more conversational, autiomation & mobile app licenses. SMS Automation Plan comes with 1 Automation license and in checkout, you have option to add more automation license.
Note: To avail multichannle license, you should be on multichannel plan, to avail conversational license you should be on either multichannel or conversational plan and Mobile App license works with Multichannel and Conversational plans only.

3. What are Virtual Phone Numbers?

Virtual Phone Numbers and Long codes are different names used for the numbers on which you receive messages, and from which you send messages. Virutal Phone Numbers and long codes are specific to countries. If you’re messaging to and from different countries, you will need to have different numbers for those countries.

How do I build my own plan?

Based on your messaging needs, you can select Zoho CRM and Country on this page and click Create Plan under Build Your Own Plan. You get flexibility to choose number of licenses, credits, phone numbers, channels and more premium features as per your custom needs.
