To setup the automation of the email services, do the following:
1.Install the email-to-text package in the Salesforce platform.
2.Setup the Email Services on the Salesforce platform.
3.Setup the Email Service Address on the Salesforce platform.
4.Create an alias email address to be used in the organization-wide email address.
5.Setup the organization-wide default email address for the receiving the notification.
6.Create an email alert to use in the process builder for sending notifications for new incoming SMS.
7.Create the process builder for sending notifications for new incoming SMS.
Activate the Email Service Address
Setup Organization-Wide Email Address
Configure the Organization-wide Email Address to forward to Email Service Address
Create a Process Builder to Notify User
