Add Information Objects

  1. Log in to Salesforce and access SMS-Magic Converse.
  2. Click the Converse Settings tab.

  3. Click Message Configuration on the left.
  4. Under Information Objects part, click Add Objects.

  5. Under Information Objects column, select an object. You can select multiple object names.
  6. Under the Object Name drop-down list, select the primary object that will reference the information object.
  7. Click Save.
